TRAiL Web

Sometimes your device might have trouble finding your location. If the GPS location on the map is inaccurate or no location was found, here are some things you can do to help fix the problem.

See your current location on the Map

On your device search and open a map application, either Maps or Google Maps. Open Maps
Click the "My Location" or "Current Location" button in the toolbar.
A blue dot appears on the map at your location.
Go back to TRAiL Web and click acquire location button.

Give TRAiL Web location permission in your browser

Chrome
1. On your iPhone, open Chrome and go to TRAiL Web (Click Here).
2. Input your mobile number and click "GO".
3. When asked to Know your location.
  Choose Allow.
4. If no location is found or no map is displayed. Check Chrome Location Settings.
5. Go to your iPhone Settings Privacy Location Services.
6. Make sure that Location Services is on.
7. Scroll down and look for Chrome.
8. Select While Using the App.
9. Turn on Precise Location.
10. Try steps 1 and 2 again.
Safari
1. On your iPhone, open Safari and go to TRAiL Web (Click Here).
2. Input your mobile number and click "GO".
3. When asked to share your location, choose Allow.
4. If no location is found or no map is displayed. Check Safari Settings.
5. Go to your iPhone Settings Privacy Location Services.
6. Make sure that Location Services is on.
7. Scroll down and look for Safari.
8. Select While Using the App.
9. Turn on Precise Location.
10. Try steps 1 and 2 again.
